Our discrete presence (we live in the same building) will offer you the necessary feeling of safety in a new environment and we will be close enough to help you with anything you may need.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds both with air-conditions, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and the living room also with air-condition, 32" TV, DVD, Hi-fi, Fast internet connection, Telephone line with free international calls to 43 countries and much more. A small camp bed can accommodate the 5th person if necessary.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
You will have to respect the apartment and the neighbors.
Parties are not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed.
The apartment is not for people that make a lot of noise.
You cannot invite people to the apartment except if you inform us and agree.

The apartment is located at 4 Arkadias street, Ampelokipi area, Athens.
The area is very safe.
There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
If you do not like walking you can combine bus and metro.
Syntagma metro station (city center) is 4 metro stations away from the apartment.
Acropolis, Plaka, & Monastiraki area only 5 metro stations away. (Historical attractions)
National archaeological museum: easy access with direct bus line from the bus stop 50 meters away from the apartment.
The cost for the weekly ticket for public transportation (Metro, Bus, Trolley, Tram) is 14 euro per person.
Bed linens and towels provided. Changed weekly.
