Large wooded of high historic interest are the background of this ancient farmhouse, completely rebuilt and surrounded by the Tuscan landscape. Not far from Siena, along the old Cassia road, near the Etruscan village of Rosia, there is a trekking zone where people who like nature and Tuscan history will enjoy relaxing walks. In the immediate neighborhood there is the possibility of horse excursions.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a large sitting room, all furnished with tile floor and wooden beams. The rustic chimney and the stone arches are a suggestive touch to this lovely setting.

On the first floor there are three twin rooms and a single, all furnished with period furniture and two bathrooms. The house is provided with independent heating.

Outside, the swimming-pool, in exclusive from 15 June to 15 September, is surrounded by a suggestive panorama of a Romanic parish church of Ponte allo Spino and the Tuscan landscape. The big square in front of the house gives children the possibility of enjoying the play-time safely. Moreover, the house is provided with a big car-park.

For those who love tuscany food, there are lots of high quality restourants in the surroundings, and the possibility of arranging a tipycal dinner at the house.

A small bathroom is on the ground floor, while the main one is on the first floor. A third one is private of one of the double bedrooms. Both these bathrooms are provided with shower.

A large living room with the possibility of cooking meat and vegetables in a wide chimney, for enjoyng the purely tuscan environment.

On the ground floor, there is a full kitchen provided with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer with exit in the front swimming pool area with table, chairs and barbeque for outdoor dining.

Other Details

In the high season (from June to September), we rent the house for a minimum of 7 nights, usually from Saturday to Saturday, while during the other periods the minimum stay is of three nights.

The cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas,
bed linens, bathroom towels, free use of laundry, TV.
The whole linens are changed every week.

Not included in the cost:
- a caution deposit of € 200,00 (to be paid on cash , upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day)
- Heating, if needed (€ 15.00 each day, usually from October to April).
