The built-in kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, a small oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and a coffeemaker. The elegant marble-tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and a wash basin with a large mirror.
A marble staircase leads up to a gallery, with window, of about 15 square metres. Here is the second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a smaller bathroom with shower and WC. The gallery offers a view of the lower level.
