Our 'Barca' offers three bedrooms, each with a private, generous bathroom. The bedrooms are just as noble and tastefully furnished as the living room, kitchen and terraces. In the summer, you will appreciate the comfort of air conditioning in the bedrooms just as much as the central heating and flickering wood burning stove in the cooler seasons.

The modern, highly equipped kitchen is integrated in the spacious living / dining room and thus the heart of the house. Of course a large oven and a dishwasher are available as well as all other kitchen tools you need for the preparation of great meals.

The short, convenient way to the beautiful natural sand beach winds its way from just opposite the house through the dunes gently down to the water. You can easily carry down your parasol and other necessary items for the beach. The few steps to the water are also easily handled by children and elderly people.

In the large outdoor hot water shower under a tree you can rinse off the salt and sand, before you go into the house.

On the property all guests can enjoy a barbeque, several bicycles, a table tennis table, a giant trampoline and a beach volleyball court as well as secure parking for their cars free of charge.

The indicated prices apply per night for up to 4 people. For each further person from 3 years, an additional 10 € apply per night; 5 € for children under 3 years.

For cleaning and laundry, a flat fee of 120 € is to be paid.

We can allow small pets only at an extra charge above the normal costs of cleaning and only in the low season.
