Villa 'La Pineta' - elegant holiday home in a pine grove
The villa 'La Pineta', the main home in the 'Tenuta Serafini', offers families or groups of friends of up to 6 adults a truly comfortable refuge for a restful, quiet vacation in green rural environment, and yet only a few minutes by foot from the crystal-clear Ionian sea. The 'Pineta' has three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area and a perfectly equipped open kitchen with direct access to a large, partially covered terrace. From here you look over lush green vine into the far hinterland and can savour breathtaking sunsets in the evening. The roof terrace offers an even better view and the opportunity for peaceful sunbaths.

The 'Tenuta Serafini' is an extensively renovated country house positioned in a long-stretched pine grove. The Tenuta contains a separate apartment, the Casetta 'I Cipressi' in connection with the villa 'La Pineta'. When you are travelling in a larger group or with several families, by opening a door that is normally locked you can link both housing units 'La Pineta' and 'I Cipressi'. This creates a generous vacation villa with four roomy bedrooms, three bathrooms, two outside showers, two kitchens, two terraces, a roof terrace and a large garden with its own pine grove.



MONACO MIRANTE
The quiet little agglomeration of Monaco Mirante lies on the Gulf of Taranto, 3 km southeast of the beach resort and small seaport Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. Our romantic Mediterranean garden is surrounded by a coastal landscape: dunes, beach and sea in the front, gardens, vineyards and olive groves at the back. On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees more than a hundred years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away. Coming from the north (Rome, Napoli, Bari), you follow the Adriatic highway all the way to Taranto, then it is less than an hour to Monaco Mirante. The airports of Brindisi and Bari are about 60 or 100 mins respectively away.
