No. 127 La Cortijera enjoys an enviable position on our small but well maintained urbanisation, within a few minutes walk of La Cala de Mijas. There are sea views from the patio and virtually every window in the house, and you can be on the beach in less than 5 minutes!

The gardens on the urbanisation are colourful and green as a result of good regular maintenance, and within easy walking distance there are several bars and restaurants, offering good value-for-money food and drinks.

If you care to walk into La Cala, the choice of restaurants and bars becomes almost unlimited. Also in the town are plenty of shops offering anything you could wish for.

The Costa del Sol has a superb all year round climate, and is packed with attractions and sporting facilities. There are dozens of high quality golf courses within easy reach, and all water sports are well catered for.

For sight-seers and people-watchers, there are endless possibilities, ranging from quaint mountain villages, such as Mijas, to vibrant towns like Marbella with its famous old-town and harbour, Puerto Banus with its rich and famous residents and their yachts, Benalmadena’s harbour and Gibraltar with its famous Rock and monkeys. All within easy driving distance from our house.

And, naturally, on the Costa del Sol, you are spoilt for choice with wonderful beaches. Fuengirola, Torremolinos, La Cala, Peurto Cabapino are just a few from many within easy reach. There are also many attractions to visit such as Tivoli World and The Sealife Centre.

We have an excellent management and maintenance company based on the urbanisation, ensuring that your holiday home will be just like home from home!

General Details

Our house comfortably sleeps 4 people, having 2 bedrooms, and also has a bed-settee in the lounge. There is a family bathroom on the first floor, and a shower room and toilet off the patio.
Being a detached house, we have no problems with noisy neighbours. In fact some of our neighbours are permanent residents, making it feel more like home!
