Description of Property

The property is a two storey townhouse and is accessed directly from the street onto its own private gated driveway and small garden with high fencing and strong iron gates which can be securely locked.

The house is newly decorated in a contemporary style and is equipped to accommodate adults as well as those with children. On the ground level there is a fully fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all that you will need for a self catering holiday. There is also a store cupboard and garage off the kitchen along with a washing machine and space to air laundry. There is also a toilet on the ground level and a small set of stairs off the hallway lead to the rear garden.

The lounge/diner has two large windows offering wonderful views over the gardens and down the valley to the golf course. Fully air conditioned, the lounge has a working fireplace, flat screen TV with free to view Satellite TV including all British terrestrial channels, as well as a DVD/mp3/CD player. The dining area opens onto a small balcony with easy chairs and a table where you can enjoy a drink or two as the sun goes down.

The upper level comprises three bedrooms; a double with en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has views over the gardens and golf course and a great balcony where an early morning coffee or a late evening glass of wine can be enjoyed. There is ample wardrobe space and the en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and bidet.

The two twin bedrooms overlook the quiet street to the front of the property. There is wardrobe space in both and one room has a small balcony which catches the sun in the early evening. A travel cot is provided (with a baby changing section), as well as a safety bed-side and a changing mat. The shared bathroom also features a bath, shower, toilet and bidet.

To the rear of the property is a very peaceful and private garden with a lovely patio and lawn area with sun loungers, dining table and chairs, and of course a small BBQ. The large communal gardens beyond are shared between the remaining 27 privately owned properties on the complex and are beautifully landscaped with a real feeling of space and tranquility. The gardens offer views down the valley to the Miraflores golf course and feature a large swimming pool and children’s pool, both of which are very close to the house and are therefore ideal for those with children. There is also a BBQ and patio area and toilets.

We the owners have a young family ourselves and so have tried to be mindful of the things that might be needed whilst on holiday and have done our best to make it a home from home. There are many items (mainly in the garage and store cupboard) which might be useful such as a cool box and ice packs for those trips out; small deckchairs for children; a paddling pool and some inflatable toys for swimming so please feel free to make use of them. Towels, including beach towels, are also supplied at the house.

It also features a lovely en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.Both guest bedrooms are decorated in a light and modern style and feature air conditioning units. The first bedroom also has a small balcony overlooking the front garden and the quiet street below and is an ideal place to read or relax late in the afternoon.

The comfortable lounge area offers beautful views down the valley to the golf course and has a working fireplace and air conditioning. The room itself features two large patio windows ensuring a sense of light and space. One of the windows opens onto the garden, the other of which opens on to a small balcony.

The dining area forms part of the same room as the lounge, with the table itself normally seating 4, with the option to extend to 6. The dining area is directly next to a small balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for an after dinner drink.

Kitchen Details

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hallogen hob; fridge/freezer; dishwasher and microwave oven. There is also a washing machine kept externally to the kitchen to reduce noise. The kitchen has also been equipped with a wide variety of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and will be more than sufficient for any self catering holiday.

Entertainment Available

flat screen TV with DVD/CD/MP3 player, as well as satellite television featuring all the main UK terrestrial channels as well as a selection of free to air satellite channels.

Outside Details

BBQ area situated in the communal gardens. The large swimming pool and the small childrens pool are very close to the rear of the property and can be seen easily from the balconies and private garden to the rear of the property
