From the lounge you get into a corridor to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This lovely complex design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. The communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex. Covered parking for your car. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large mirrors.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside and have been nicely decorated and bedside tables with lamps.
It is full equipped, everything clean and very new to make you stay absolutely comfortable, it is a quiet area but at the same time very near or animation bars, restaurants and commercial centres, 3 golf clubs around, maritime walk…so it is perfect if you want to be relaxed and also if you want to join to the "FIESTA".
We have 2 apart. both new 2007 can be rent together or separately they are 7pax max. each. Rates from 500-700 €. per apart.per week. Orihuela Costa is located at the Mediterranean sea next to 2 international airports Alicante y San Javier with low cost flights everyday from Europe, and also next to the A-7 motorway that connect this city with the rest of Spain. "Lomas Cabo Roig", is a stunning coastal town, known as the jewel of southern Costa Blanca, is characterised by its broad palm-lined avenues and landscaped gardens. The two sandy white beaches of La Caleta and Cala Capitan have both been awarded Blue Flags. La Zenia beach is just around the headland. A large open street market is held each Saturday at nearby Playa Flamenca.
In addition, Cabo Roig places you right in the heart of a golf lover's paradise, with the renowned Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Royal Campoamor golf courses all less than 2km distance. Walkers will also appreciate the Maritime Walk, which follows the peninsular coastline taking in some beautiful views.

there are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other one with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside. Both rooms have been very nice decorated and bedside tables with lamps.

2 bathrooms, also full equipped. One of them ensuit in the main room and with bath, the other one with shower. Both with shower panel, wardobe for towels, shelves and hangers and welll illuminated. There is also provided gel and shampoo dispenser.
